Job description – Supply & Distribution Lead

As a Product Buyer, you’ll be at the forefront of our purchasing operations, ensuring we have the right products to meet our customers’ needs. You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and keep our inventory stocked with the latest and greatest tech.

Experience Requirements:
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree

Buyer Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Build, maintain, and grow supplier/vendor relationships
🔹 Assist the Sales and Service teams with quoting
🔹 Create and manage required inventory codes
🔹 Search for and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers
🔹 Craft purchase order and inventory reports for management
🔹 Solve supply chain problems
🔹 Work with the warehouse and management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders
🔹 Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders
Day-to-Day Duties:
🔹 Create quotes for Sales and Services teams
🔹 Order products and authorise payments
🔹 Manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries
🔹 Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders
🔹 Research possible item selections
On offer is a competitive salary of $70K – $80k (by negotiation based on experience.
